TIC NNN Lease

Many investors, instead of going with a traditional sole NNN lease property, are choosing to invest in single, larger NNN lease commercial properties with multiple investors. Such property is otherwise known as NNN lease-TIC investment.

While TIC properties are available for virtually all property types, NNN lease-TIC properties are particularly popular because of their predictable cash flow backed by national credit tenants. It is common for a TIC sponsor to convert a multi-tenant property into a NNN lease-TIC through a master lease.
